What do we know about him? When he's not terrorizing men by slapping them into submission, he likes to stay up on current events.
Thankfully the men getting beaten are asking the same questions we are: "Who's that guy?!" and "What the hell was that?!"

I had a friend back in College who fronted a pretty dreadful punk band called The Mannequins. They managed to record one 45 (a vanity project that the guys all paid for out of their own pockets). The song was called, "Black Cowboy" and they used the picture of the "bad cop" from Cruising on the record sleeve.
I now must head down to the cellar to see if I still have a copy of this classic.
